1. Purpose of VarsityVision

VarsityVision is a visibility tool. It allows high school athletes (and those assisting them) to share information about their athletic and academic background in a format that college coaches and recruiters can review. VarsityVision does not guarantee scholarships, roster spots, or any recruiting outcomes.

2. Who May Use This Site

This site is intended for:

• High school athletes and their families or guardians.
• High school coaches and school personnel assisting with athlete profiles.
• College coaches and recruiters seeking information about prospective student-athletes.

Because many athletes are minors, parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to participate in the creation, review, and management of athlete profiles.

3. User Responsibilities

By using this site, you agree that:

• You will only submit information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You will not post or link to content that is inappropriate, hateful, harassing, illegal, or unrelated to athletics and academics.
• You will not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, role, or affiliation.
• You will respect the privacy of others and not misuse information obtained through VarsityVision.

VarsityVision reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, edit, or remove content that appears to violate these expectations or applicable law.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

VarsityVision does not:

• Promise that any athlete will receive contact from a college program.
• Guarantee any scholarship, roster spot, admission decision, or recruiting opportunity.
• Act as an agent, broker, or representative for athletes or colleges.

Decisions about recruiting, financial aid, and admission are made solely by colleges, universities, and governing bodies, not by VarsityVision.

5. Recruiting Rules and Compliance

Athletes, families, high schools, and colleges are responsible for understanding and following applicable recruiting rules, including but not limited to regulations issued by the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, state high school associations, and local school systems.

VarsityVision does not provide legal or compliance advice and does not monitor or manage direct communications between athletes and college programs.

6. Content Ownership and License

Athletes and users remain responsible for and retain rights in the content they submit (for example, text descriptions and links to videos). By submitting content to VarsityVision, you grant us a limited license to display that content on the site for the purpose of helping athletes be seen by interested programs.

You represent that you have the right to share any content you submit, including highlight videos or images, and that your submission does not violate the rights of others.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

Athlete profiles may include links to highlight videos and other content hosted on third-party platforms. VarsityVision does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, practices, or policies. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

8. Platform Access for Colleges and Universities

Colleges and universities may access VarsityVision under subscription plans. Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated if we believe usage violates these Terms, applicable laws, or the spirit of the platform.

College programs are responsible for how they use information obtained through VarsityVision and must handle any data in accordance with their own institutional policies and legal obligations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VarsityVision and its operators are not liable for:

• Decisions made by colleges, universities, or governing bodies.
• Any loss of opportunity, scholarship, or recruiting attention.
• Errors or omissions in user-submitted information.
• Any damages resulting from use of this site or from interactions between athletes and colleges.

This site is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.

10. Suspension or Removal of Content

VarsityVision may, at its discretion, edit, suspend, or remove profiles or other content that:

• Appears inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent.
• Violates these Terms or posted guidelines.
• Includes inappropriate or unsafe material.
• Relates to an athlete who has graduated or is no longer active on the platform.

11. Changes to the Site or These Terms

VarsityVision may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the site from time to time. These Terms may also be updated. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
